Our membership includes an AI powered 'Knowledge Base' where you can ask questions about property management legislation, court and tribunal interpretations, and other information. For example you might ask "How do courts interpret the Reasonable and Proportionate test" and you will receive a comprehensive answer.
This 'Knowledge Base' will only access Victorian residential tenancies relevant information to provide an accurate response.
As we develop this aspect of the membership we expect the answers will become more comprehensive over time.
Whilst this function will be an aspect of our membership service it will be available for all visitors to this website to use free of charge until 31st December 2026. From 1st January 2027 you will require a membership subscription to access the knowledge base. We do ask that if you have any ideas, feedback or additional resources you would like the knowledge base to have please let us know.
To access the knowledge base goto the Membership tab on the menu bar and the member's pages will appear underneath, click on knowledge base and you will have access, other features will require a membership subscription.
